Use position coordinates

ilontech gathers the Users phone GPS data in the Application and uses it to provide a map with charging stations. This data is sent to the map service provider, Google Maps. ilontech does not store or process this data on its servers.

User access data

csh() gathers data related to the User’s interaction with the Application, Server, and Charging station, including:

1. IP address of the User

2. Time of access

3. ID of the accessed charging station

4. Charging interface ID

5. Interface language

ilontech stores this data in the form of logs for the following purposes:

1. Maintaining an accounting of the provided service.

2. Showing it to members of the Website administrators team to resolve conflicts.

3. Showing it to members of the Tech support team to assist the User in resolving possible issues related to their interaction with the Application, Website, and Service.

4. Showing it to members of the Development team to identify possible internal malfunctions.

This data is stored for 30 days and gets deleted on the 31st day.

Mobile device ID

ilontech gathers and stores the identifier of the User’s device:

• Identifier For Advertisers (IDFA) for iOS devices

• Android Advertising ID (AAID) for Android devices

This identifier is used to send notifications of charging process completion, ensuring a better quality of service and message delivery.

Data is stored as long as the User remains a client of ilontech.

User bank card data

ilontech gathers the User’s bank card data and passes it to the payment provider without storing it fully. What is stored includes:

• The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card.

• Expiration date.

• Card ID associated with the payment provider.

Language of interface

ilontech allows the User to select the language for the Application and Website.

Termination of Service and Data deletion by the User

Withdrawal of consent, termination of the User’s account, and deletion of all User data can be done by the User through:

Complains and conflicts

User has a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
